Notes / Documentation:

Original Research done by Barbara Wall Sherratt and entered into L.D.S files. I have found additional children through online research and also found land records for Jesse BISHOP in Clay Co, IL from B.L.M. Also found the marriage of dtr of Jesse, Sarah Ann BISHOP. marriage record in Guthrie Co., IA. Sarah Ann BISHOP's husband was Civil War soldier from Iowa and I have National Archival records. Also have records of Benjamin Franklin Ware's family as being in Marshall Co., IL on the 1850 census - acquired by the Marshall Co. Historical Society. His father was Charles Ware and I now have found two Charles Wares - one in IL and one in MO, so am still working on this.
