Taylorville Daily Beeze - 08 Aug 1903 - Death At Sharpsburg
Mr.
JACOBS, father-in-law of Preston LYONS, the B & O. agent at Sharpsburg, died
this morning at Sharpsburg, aged about 70 years. The deceased was a veteran
of the civil war & has resided in the neighborhood of Sharpsburg for about 8
years. His demise was caused by Bright's disease. He was a widower & is
survived by a large number of children, Mrs. Pater KELLEY, of near this
city, being 1 of them. Funeral will be held from Sharpsburg Baptist church
Sunday.
