Delbert A. FULFER, 68,
of Clay City, died at 7:20 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 5, 1991, at the Burgin Manor
Nursing Home, Olney.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, at
the Frank and Bright Funeral Home, Flora. Pastor Charles Allen will
officiate at the services. Burial will be in the Oskaloosa Cemetery with
full military rites. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the
Funeral home, with 7:30 p.m. Masonic services. Memorials may be made to the
St. Jude Hospital, Shriner's Hospital, or V.A. Hospital Fund.
Mr.
FULFER was born on Nov. 16, 1922, in Oskaloosa, the son of Ansel and Mary
(ALLPHIN) FULFER. He married Edna G. MURBARGER in 1970 in Joliet. He was a
laborer/electrician, a WW2 Army veteran, a member of the Flora VFW, Flora
American Legion and past member of the Flora Masonic Lodge. He was of the
Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Edna of Clay City; three sons,
Tony Keith FULFER of Champaign, John W. TOLLEY of Olney, David.
