Charles "Scotty" QUERTERMOUS,
42, a former resident here, died at 2 a.m. Thursday in Queens Hospital,
Honolulu, Hawaii. He died of infection of the pancreas.
Furneal
arrangements are incomplete. They are scheduled to be held in Flora, Ill.
The Brennan Funeral Home has charge.
Mr. QUERTERMOUS was born and
reared here. He moved to Honolulu 11 years ago to work as a civilian employe
of the U.S.Navy. He also performed as a pianist in the Waikiki and Royal
Hawaiian Hotels in Honolulu.
His father Frank QUERTERMOUS is a
patient in St. Mary's Hospital here. His mother Mrs. Fred JONES lives in
Flora.
A brother Lt. Harold QUERTERMOUS was killed in a plane crash
at Shaw Field, S.C. during Worl War II.
