James McCawley QUERTERMOUS
75, of 2015 N. 19th street, died in his home at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday after an
illness of two years. Mr. QUERTERMOUS was born in Clay City, Ill and lived
in East St. Louis 40 years. Before he retired 13 years ago Mr. QUERTERMOUS
was a buyer for Swift & Co.
He is survived by his widow Mrs Lillie
QUERTERMOUS, two daughters, Mrs Ellen HUSCHLE and Mrs. Louise STEWART, son
Clark QUERTERMOUS, brother Frank QUERTERMOUS and three grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be found in the classified section. Kurrus has
charge. Funeral was Nov. 18th at 2:30 pm Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
